For Urbis AI, I provided technical consulting on an AI-native commercial lease management platform — evaluating the viability of the developed technology and the product strategy.

This was a short engagement that required rapid domain acquisition: I came up to speed on an unfamiliar industry quickly enough to assess technical direction credibly, ask the right questions, and give a grounded opinion on the differentiation of the product and technology.
